9/11 a Day of Reflection

Stressors can sneak up and make us want to overeat. So, instead be mindful of today and embrace it as a day of remembrance, relection and prayer (your own/your way).

Many of us remember the day well – where we were and how we were impacted both as a nation and individually.

Please take the time to address your fears, stressors, and other emotions you are feeling and be mindful.
